Cockeyed Farms American Elderberry Honey Baked Ham

• 1 jar Cockeyed Farms American Elderberry Creamed Honey
• 1 bottle of Cockeyed Farms American Elderberry Juice
• 1 (5 pound) ready to eat ham
• 1 stick of butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 325
2. Score ham and place in foil lined pan
3. Pour entire jar of CF American Elderberry Juice in the bottom of the foil lined pan.
4. Place a rack in the pan and spray with cooking spray.
5. In the top half of a double boiler, melt the butter.
6. REMOVE BUTTER FROM HEAT and add CF American Elderberry Creamed Honey
7. Brush glaze over ham and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Baste ham every 10-15 minutes with the honey glaze.
8. During the last 4-5 minutes of baking, turn on the broiler to caramelize the glaze.
9. Remove from oven and let sit a few minutes before serving.
